The shortest honest privacy policy we can write: we collect almost nothing, on purpose.

What we collect

• If you join the email list: your email address and the profession category you choose. That's it. Signups use double opt-in, and we keep the signup record (date and source) as your consent receipt.
• If you email us: whatever you put in the email, so we can reply.
• Basic site analytics: privacy-respecting, aggregate page statistics (no advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling).

What we never collect

• We never ask for, receive, or store your résumé, portfolio, application, platform login, or payment details. You apply directly with platforms, on their sites, under their privacy policies.
• We never buy, rent, or scrape contact lists. Our email list is subscribers only — people who asked to be emailed.

How it's used

Your email address is used to send the email you signed up for: the weekly checked-roles digest for your profession, occasional role alerts, and rare service notes. We never sell or share your information with platforms, employers, or data brokers. If Vouched ever builds a vetted talent pool, joining it will be a separate, explicit choice — never automatic from an email signup.

Service providers

Our email is sent through a mainstream email provider acting on our instructions; our site is served by mainstream static hosting. These providers process data only to run the service.

Your control

• Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing is immediate and permanent unless you sign up again.
• Ask us any time to see, correct, export, or delete what we hold about you — we'll do it promptly and confirm when it's done.

Canada & beyond

Vouched operates from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and follows Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and anti-spam law (CASL). If you're elsewhere, the same rules apply to how we treat you — we hold everyone to the strictest standard we operate under.
