How Vouched makes money, what we can and can't do, and how we check our roles. Written in plain language on purpose.

How we earn

Vouched is an independent referral studio. Platforms (such as micro1, and others we add over time) run referral programs that pay third parties when a referred person is successfully placed and meets the program's conditions — for example, being matched to a project and completing qualifying work. If you apply through a link on this site and all of that happens, the platform pays us. That payment:

• comes from the platform, never from you;
• is not a fee, commission, or deduction charged to you;
• is the only way candidate referrals earn us money.

Some links on this site are affiliate links for tools we genuinely use and describe honestly; those are labelled where they appear. Sponsored placements, if ever offered, will be labelled as advertising and kept off the role board.

What we are not

• We are not a recruiter, employee, or official partner of any platform we link to, and we never present ourselves as one.
• We do not make, influence, or see hiring decisions. Platforms run their own interviews and assessments.
• We do not guarantee placement, hours, income, or timelines — and we are suspicious of anyone who does.
• We never sell, rent, or share your information with platforms or anyone else. You apply directly with the platform, on their site.

How roles get checked — and retired

Every role on our board was opened and read in full by a person before posting, and carries the date of its last check. We re-verify board links on a regular cycle. A role appears in our weekly list only if it was checked within the previous 7 days. When a role closes, its board entry is marked closed, with the date — we retire roles in public rather than quietly deleting them, because the record of what we got wrong matters as much as what we got right.

Pay ranges, openings, and requirements are quoted from the platform's own posting at check time. Platforms change them without telling us; the posting itself is always the source of truth.

Interview and process content

Our preparation content explains what platform assessments are like at the process level — structure, stages, common mistakes. We never publish actual assessment questions, answers, or confidential platform material, and we never will. If a platform tells us content crosses a line, we take it down and say so.

Corrections

If you find an error on this site — a wrong figure, a dead role still marked live, anything — tell us via the contact link below. We fix errors on the record and note material corrections where the error appeared.
